Realty Carpet and Flooring was founded by Tim Lawrence, who sold flooring through Realtors in The Woodlands for about 30 years.

Jeff Smitherman took over the business in 2016 so that Tim could have more time to spend with his family, sudoku puzzles, church, horses, giant obstacle course tabby cat, and box turtle loving dog.

Jeff is a husband and father of 3, avid gardener, lake builder,  and tree farmer.  He enjoys entrepreneurship and manages multiple local businesses.
